potential. Young people go on a journey of developing their confidence, building

their professional skills and engaging with employers, mentoring and work experience.

Building confidence and self-esteem in young people is not a one size fits all approach. Our tailored personal development programmes help young people develop the skills to be more resilient and navigate the challenges of modern society.

Our Youth Voice & Leadership programme supports companies to embed a place-based approach to their designs and redevelopments in collaboration with young people. We identify, recruit and support young people from diverse backgrounds who live, work, or study in the local area to have a collaborative and meaningful impact.
