2-3 Degrees is a personal development company that inspires and motivates young people with practical skills they need for life.
We deliver fun and engaging workshops, programmes and talks in education, community, and sport organisations and have worked with over 5000 young people across the country since we began in 2016.

Our facilitators are the people who make the magic happen. 2-3 Degrees deliver inspirational workshops and programmes across education, community, corporate and sport and the role of the facilitator is to deliver the content with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.
The role of a facilitator involves delivering content that has been prepared for them, co-create content by working with the home team and providing clients and beneficiaries (young people) with an excellent experience.
Who are we looking for?
Energetic & Enthusiastic facilitators
Energy is the most common word when describing our work and what we do, so we’re looking for people who are charismatic, inspiring and bubbly personalities that can light up a room of young people. Having fun in our workshops are essential.
Experience of working with young people
We are looking for people with experience engaging, inspiring and supporting young people. Our programmes are delivered to young people from 11 – 25, if you’ve volunteered, educated, trained or supported young people in a capacity that involves helping them learn, then those skills can be transferred to facilitation.
As a facilitator being a strong communicator is integral to this role. We’re looking for people who can communicate clearly, with passion and have the skill to engage audiences from diverse backgrounds. You will be facilitating workshops in schools, youth clubs, corporate companies and in the local community.
Customer Service & Professionalism
Our clients and our beneficiaries are key to what we do, we seek to go above and beyond whenever we’re delivering our work so professionalism and customer care are key to making this happen. We’re looking for people who care and are willing to go the extra mile, this involves time keeping, preparation, an excellent attitude and a commitment to be the best version of yourself whenever representing 2-3 Degrees.

We don’t ask our facilitators to just deliver the content, we ask them to be the content. We want facilitators that are committed to personal growth, have a willingness to learn, take feedback and are exemplifying the principles they are sharing with young people.
